Barnstormers’ Annual Service
Our special annual service will be held on Sunday 11th October 2015 at 10.30am and it will be led by our own Minister, Dermot Thornberry.
Coffee Morning & Jumble Sale – Saturday 17th October 2015
Barnstormers will be holding a coffee morning on Saturday 17th October 2015 from 10am – noon, followed by a Jumble Sale, starting at 1pm. Entrance 20p. Do come along and support this event.
“It’s Curtain Time and Away We Go”
“Barnstormers Does Broadway” starts tonight at 7.30pm and runs until Saturday. A few seats are left so it’s not too late to enjoy this great show. Good luck everyone.
Barnstormers’ Service 2014
Our annual Barnstormers’ service will be held at Patcham on the 23rd November 2014 at 10.30am. Paul Steadman will be leading our worship, so do come and join us.
Barnstormers’ Service 27th October 2013
It’s not long now until our next Barnstormers’ annual service, on Sunday 27th October, at 10.30am. Bob Hinton will again be leading the service for us, and he will be asking for some help. We will need a little rehearsal time to prepare for the musical input for the service, and this will probably be from 7-7.30pm on a few rehearsal evenings, and we’ll let you know about this soon.
Coffee Morning & and Jumble Sale – 4th October 2014
Barnstormers of Patcham Methodist Church, Ladies Mile Road, Patcham, will be holding a coffee morning on Saturday 4th October from 10am-noon followed by a Jumble Sale at 1.30pm, on the same day. Refreshments, cakes and biscuits will be on sale as well as a Good as New Stall, clothing, books, bric-a-brac, glass ware and toys, so come along and support and grab a bargain.
Barnstormers’ Jumble Sale and Coffee Morning 15th February 2014
We are holding our, (now legendary,) Jumble Sale on the 15th February from 1.30pm with the coffee morning from 10am-noon, so keep the date free. Tickets for our next production which is Godspell, (15th-17th May 2014,) will be on sale during the day.
Review of Christmas Carol
This is a comment made to me from a first timer in our audience; “What a fantastic show! I am amazed! I regularly go to another drama society’s performances and I thought they were good. However, at Patcham there is an orchestra, radio microphones, spot lights all to professional standard. The enthusiasm of the show and talent just shone through the whole event. Wow! I thought the whole production was brilliant.
